Thief – Crook – Scam – Rip-off
I created this site on November 28, 2019 to denounce the thief Pablo Justiniani.
Here is my story:
I contacted this company (Longchamp & Madrid) / this lawyer (Pablo Justiniani Longchamp) in order to obtain a permanent residence visa in Panama. This is a classic service for a lawyer specialized in migration services in Panama. I contacted the thief Justiniani and our client-lawyer relationship began around mid-September 2019. I sent all the documents so that he can do the necessary work of his side. I made payment for service delivery on October 16th 2019, amount: 3975 dollars. Since October 28, 2019, I have no more news from the thief Justiniani. I think he blocked my number of phone on the whatsapp app that allowed us to communicate previously. I also think he blocked my phone number for conventional phone calls. I have no answer either to my emails. To date, the services for the permanent residence visa, for which I paid a large sum, have not been provided by Justiniani and his company. I have also not been reimbursed any money. I had planned a trip to Panama to apply for permanent residence from December 1, 2019 to December 20, 2019. Since the services were not provided by Justiniani who ignores all my attempts to contact him, I canceled my trip to Panama.
Result of the operation: pure loss of 3975 dollars + 600 euros of plane.
